To submit an application for a call for proposals, you must enter the relevant call for proposals, fill out the online submission form, and attach all required documents
, including the association's logo, at least eight photos from the activity, the submission questionnaire, an invitation or flyer, and periodic activity reports.

After submission, the selection committee will review the applications according to predetermined criteria: the professional quality of the project, its feasibility, the conceptual contribution,
as well as additional data such as the amount of matching and the scope of activity outside Israel.

Each application is documented, given a score according to Appendix A, and the decisions are published in the personal area (open access to the winners).
